Raindrops are falling on my head.

Thunder & shower storms are what followed me everywhere today :P. Apart from that, time was well spent with Bryan :). We usually do the same thing when we get together. Movie, food, city roaming & shopping.

-Movie @ Lincoln Square
We watched WALL·E. Such a cute Disney flick. They always leave me all ooey gooey mushy happy inside (that's one way of putting it hahaha). The creators did touch on a few issues such as obesity, polluting our environment & depending on technology. But, all in all, it was a really funny movie. It may be a kids flick but they make it entertaining for adults.

-FOOD
For lunch, we went to SushiaGoGo on Broadway between W63rd & W62nd but the food was meh. It was kinda pricey and the sushi was OK. I did like that they served edamame with the bento box. For dessert, we went to Zabar's (of course) to grab some mini-mini cheesecake & mini-mini chocolate mousse cake to share between us both. And for dinner, we headed to Okami Sushi on Reade St. downtown (3 blocks away from my school). The sushi there is 10x better. I discovered it during fall '07 semester. I lovelovelove their chicken tempura roll & inari (so did Bryan ^_^).

-City roaming/shopping
We passed by Sephora to check out primers for moi & oil-free shtuff for Bryan. We got stuck with some talkative sales associate and it took us a good 20 minutes for us to get rid of her (all I recall from her was YAKYAKYAKYAK). But, I ended up getting some free samples of primer (free=jackpot!). We wanted to head to the park & eat our desserts there BUT we got caught in one of the various scattered showers so we bought an umbrella at the last minute & headed for the Museum of Natural History (intially we wanted to go to the MET but that was all the way on the east side hahaha). We ended up watching an iMax movie about Sea Monsters (water dwelling dinosaurs). Afterwards, the rain lightened up so we returned to the park for a stroll. A stroll that lead us all the way to 5th Ave so we went to Apple & FAO Schwarz.

I came home bushed. I managed about an hour and a half of psych study time buuuut my mind was too exhausted so I just started surfing :P.

I really liked the detail of the ceiling at the movie theater.

Sushi ^_^!

Haha his silly faces.

Norwegian artisan water.

Mmmmm mousse.

If only this were realistic here on earth.

Pretty stibnite.

This is an ammonite (it was mentioned in the film).
Its shell is beautiiiiful.

Bethesda Fountain, my fave.

The MacBook AIr
(so thin!).

The Harry Potter & Ron dolls at FAO Schwarz looked like girls :D.

All tired.

10 more days....
